The 3rd German Hop Convention, a conference dealing with topics of the Brewing and Hop Industry, was held in Bad Gögging from 11th to 13th October 2016.
Numerous presentations were given on brewing with German hop varieties, craft beers and different kinds of hop technology.
As was indicated in the agenda, the international presentations were to be interpreted simultaneously into German.
Fortunately, two English interpreters of Dolmetscherzentrale were given this exciting job along with one technician of ÜZM who provided a booth and on-site support, making sure that everything ran smoothly.
